We all have someone important in our life, so whether you’re a mom, step-mother, doggy-mom, daughter, sister, aunt, friend or whatever, I wish you a day filled with love and joy!
To celebrate Mother’s Day, let’s have a contest!
We all create our own story…every moment of every day. Drop me a note right here and share a brief moment of your own personal story (about whatever you wish to share today), and I’ll enter you into a draw for a signed copy of one of my paperbacks (your choice) and some chocolates. 🙂 Deadline is midnight MST on May 19, 2018.
Update: And the winner is…Diana T! Congratulations, Diana!
(Your prize will be in the mail shortly.)
Did you take part in the Be My Valentine Giveaway? My Sweet Man did the honors and drew from the names of everyone who entered. If you posted a comment in multiple places, then your name went into the draw multiple times.
And the winner is … Angel H. C. Congratulations Angel! Please send your mailing address to my email at sheila @ sheilaseabrook-dot-com so I can mail you your book.
Thanks so much for playing along, everyone.
Did anyone do anything exciting to celebrate Valentine’s Day? We joined my siblings over at my mom’s place, ordered in food, and enjoyed good food with good company.
While I’m working on storylines and figuring out timelines for the Rocky Mountain books four, five, and six, I decided to do a giveaway of a very special book.
This book has never been released to the public in print or ebook form. In fact, I put it together specifically to send to Oldest Son’s father-in-law who lives in Columbia and wanted something short to read so he could practice reading his English.
The book is comprised of one short story and two novellas (Baby Fever, Wedding Fever, and The Valentine Grinch). All you have to do is find this Valentine image on Facebook, Instagram, or right here on my Blog, and leave a comment. The more places you leave a comment, the more often your name will be entered into the draw.
Say hello, tell me what the weather is like in your part of the world, or share the color of your favorite food…whatever you’re in the mood to talk about. One lucky person will win a signed print copy of this very special book.
Deadline to enter: February 17, 2018
[Special Note: My apologies to everyone who received a duplicate newsletter this morning. Oops…my fault…sorry!]
UPDATED AUGUST 2017: AND THE WINNER IS: KATEB! CONGRATULATIONS!
I’m excited to share the news that the ebook version of A TIME TO BE TENDER is finally here. Yay! And to celebrate, I’m giving away one grand prize of: a $25 Amazon Gift Certificate, a signed copy of A Time to be Tender, an Always Remember coffee mug, a bottle of Giovanni Body Lotion, and Lindor chocolates. For a chance to win, go here.
Now here’s a little bit about A TIME TO BE TENDER:
It started out as an escape…
Help one sad and lonely widower get his life—and his family—back together again while she hid from her past. But Jane Watts didn’t expect to fall for the cowboy next door. Nor did she anticipate he’d fall for her in return.
It was supposed to be an easy out…
The booze, the brawls, the bull riding. But Mike Toryn didn’t ask to be saved by his secretive neighbor. Nor did he expect that he would want to save her in return.
What should have been uncomplicated and temporary had suddenly become profound and heartbreaking. And neither Mike nor Jane did heartbreak, not ever again.
