It happens when you least expect it, usually days or weeks or months after you need it. Whether I’m reading a book or writing one, there’s a moment when the magic of the story hits me and I’m swept up into the lives of the people on the page.
And on Sunday, July 15th, join me for the Bandit Creek release party for WEDDING FEVER. The link will be on my blog Sunday morning. I’ll be giving away three (3) copies of the ebook. Hope to see you there!
Five more days and then something special happens. Can you guess what it is? That’s right…it’s the release of Wedding Fever, my Bandit Creek contemporary novella.
Today, the Carla Roma Interview went live. Pop on over and read it. Maybe leave a message, then share it with your friends. I’ll wait…
Ah, you’re back. Thanks for returning. 🙂
Be sure to check back on Sunday, July 15, when Wedding Fever is released. I’ll have a link to the Facebook Release Party where I’m giving away three (3) copies of Wedding Fever. Hope you’ll join in on the fun.
Only fifteen more days till the release of my own Bandit Creek book. To keep you reading till then, I’d like to introduce Book 21 in the Bandit Creek series, a suspense thriller titled SILENT WATERS by Trip Williams.
Trip has had an exciting life and seriously, with a background like his, how could he do anything but write fiction? His bio states: “Life began on the west coast of British Columbia. Born to beachcombing parents, this new life started out as a full blown adventure. A dresser drawer for a crib aboard a thirty-eight foot tug named the Betty-Louise, the salt water filled his blood and became his first home as they ploughed through the channels and straights of the sunshine coast.”
And now, the teaser for SILENT WATERS…
For Jake McCord, Bandit Creek comes with an expiration date. But when Jake starts to find the bodies of women, whom the town folks have never seen before, that expiration date may become a life sentence.
I had an opportunity to beta read SILENT WATERS and it kept me up until four a.m. What more can a reader ask for?
Join me over at the Women Unplugged site today where I’m talking about being directionally challenged.

I once directed my husband to my sister’s house. We didn’t have her address and my husband had never been to her house.
“That looks familiar. Turn left here. Oh, I’m pretty sure we passed the subway, went right, then crossed through the light…”
We ended up on the south-west side of the city instead of the north-east side…
