So many books to read and never enough time!

My Goodreads Challenge this year was to read 52 books. I’m a little behind due to the release of my latest book, Caught Between a Lie and True Love. Plus, we had an early spring here, so I’ve been outside without the heavy shackles of winter boots, jacket, mitts, and toque. Totally lovely!

I’ve planted all of my annual flowers, and the early perennials are already blooming. And these days, as I type away, I’m able to open the office window and let the fresh air and sounds of the outdoors in. Right now, bees are buzzing around the screen window and the birds are chirping from their lofty position in the nearby spruce trees.

A good deal of my time has been spent at the youngest’s farm which he purchased last spring and took possession in mid-August. Due to some issues with the old farmhouse, we’ve spent the last nine months tearing out the inside guts of the house: insulation, electrical, flooring, and the last thing to go is the plumbing. But that’s all a story for another day. 🙂

We’re here to talk reading, so here are my June reads.
