After taking a short break from my computer and all things internet and email related, it’s time to get back to work again. I’m writing a book tentatively titled Sex, Lies & Family Ties. It’s about a woman and a man. Probably will have some sex in it. Will definitely have lots of lies. And of course, what’s a Sheila Seabrook story without quirky family members?

It’s fun, it’s exciting, and I haven’t started to bang my forehead against the keyboard yet. Maybe by next week. 🙂

I’m looking forward to the August 1, 2012 release of the next Bandit Creek novella. This story not only follows WEDDING FEVER in release date, but it also follows—and hopefully reveals—the truth behind the Lost Lake treasure.

So without further ado, I’d like to introduce Book 23 in the Bandit Creek series, a contemporary story titled THE GHOST AND CHRISTIE MCFEE by Suzanne Stengl.

Suzanne started her storytelling days when she shared a bedroom with her three younger sisters and used to tell them stories until they fell asleep. After getting a degree in Commerce, she discovered a local romance writers organization and “found” her people.

When Christie McFee reads about the gold hidden at the bottom of Lost Lake, she decides to put some adventure in her life by diving for treasure. But when she meets Gaven St. Michel, the Divemaster on La Bonne Aventure, she starts to think that treasure can be whatever you want it to be.

If only Christie could figure out how to deal with the two ghosts who are haunting her—one of them wants her help, and the other wants her dead.

I’ve only had the opportunity to read the excerpt posted on the Bandit Creek website, but I’m hooked and can’t wait for the release of this book. Check out the links below. I’ll wait.
